Hello Eagle nation. My name is Robb Whitfield and I am the Assistant Principal at Neal Middle School. I am from Cantonment, Florida and a proud graduate of Tate High School. After graduating high school, I was a part of the Wallace State Community College baseball program where we won back to back ACCC Championships. I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of West Florida (B.A- International Studies- National Security and Diplomacy) and my masters degree from the American College of Education (M.Ed- Educational Leadership). I began my teaching career in the Escambia County School District in Florida. Across my teaching tenure in Florida, I taught Business Education, Social Studies, PE and ran a remediation lab to help students graduate that were in danger of dropping out of school. I also coached football and baseball for fourteen years, with stops at Tate High School, West Florida High School, and Escambia High School. In 2021, I made the jump across the state line to W.S Neal and I have loved every minute of being a part of the Blue Eagle family. My wife Amber is an elementary Art teacher in Florida and we have two daughters, Aria and Emilia. When I am not at school you will probably find me hunting, fishing or watching my Texas Longhorns on tv.
